Warranty

There are no warranties, express or implied, and any warranty of merchantability is expressly disclaimed.

OC Driveshaft can not be held in any way responsible for any consequences resulting from the application of any products or parts purchased. OC Driveshaft products are performance parts and must be installed by competent professionals. It is up to the customer to determine the specifications for desired parts. It is strongly recommended that the customer use safety devices such as driveshaft safety loop. It is the responsibility of the end user of OC Driveshaft products to ensure that the products are used in a way that do not exceed physical product limitations. Examples of exceeding physical limitations of a driveshaft include (but not limited to):

  • Exceeding power limit of shaft.
  • Excessive operating angle.
  • Improper operating angles.
  • Poor maintenance.
  • Improper installation.
  • Malicious abuse such as vise-jaw tubing dents.
  • Mismatched u-joint series.

​If a failure ever occurs, and there is good reason to believe the root cause was poor fabrication from OC Driveshaft, we will consider replacing or repairing the driveshaft. The driveshaft must be unmodified and in possession of the original owner to be eligible for repair.

 Everyone makes mistakes 

In the unlikely event we created a problem, please call us out on it.

We care about our work, and will respond to every complaint.

No returns will be accepted after 60 days!

Only unused, unmodified, unvandalized and never installed items may be returned.

A custom driveshaft built to specification that does not fit your vehicle is not our mistake.

If we made a mistake that needs to be fixed - follow the instructions below:

  • Go to the Contact Us Page, and send us a description of our mistake.
  • Please Note:
    • ​Your name.
    • The date of your order.
    • Any other helpful information.
  • We will reply with Return Authorization and shipping information.

If a part was purchased, and you want to return it: 

  • Parts may be returned within 60 days of purchase date with a 50% restocking fee.
  • Parts must be unused, uninstalled and in original packing.
  • The buyer is responsible for shipping return parts.
  • Go to the Contact Us Page, and send us:
    • ​Your name.
    • The date of the order.
    • What parts to return.
    • Any other useful information.
  • We will reply with Return Authorization and shipping information.
  • Credit card information will be required for refunds.

Items that may NOT be returned:

 

  • Driveshafts correctly built to customer specification may not be returned.
  • Parts that have been installed, neglected and, or otherwise vandalized.
  • Parts purchased more than 60 days ago.

What if I change my mind after I order a driveshaft? 

  • Once a driveshaft is ordered, there is no going back.
  • But, there was a link in the confirmation email (the last step before the purchase), OOPS Report! 
  • Follow the link and send us a message. If we get the message before the tubing is cut, we will work it out with you. 

Driveshafts returned as undelivered or undeliverable are not refundable.

  • If a custom driveshaft delivery is refused and sent back to us, a refund will not be issued.

​If an order is returned, the shipping will be deducted from any refund.
